We ship across the United States with tracked carriers.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
30 day money back guarantee
If a Crestarize device isn't for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It does not need to be unused — we would rather you actually tried it.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item arrives back with us, typically within 5 business days.
Consumables
Unopened tablets and wipes can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened consumables unless the product is faulty.
Warranty
Every Crestarize device carries a 1 year warranty covering mechanical and electrical failure under normal household use. Extend it to 3 years by adding 3 Year Product Protection to your order.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, submersion of the base unit, or use with solvents other than recommended cleaning tablets.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault. We do not require you to return a failed unit before we ship a replacement in most cases.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Photographs help us resolve it faster.
